BART patent granted in India
Mar 3 Lumora announces its core BART patent is granted in India. This follows the grant of this patent in the US in May 2008. Laurence Tisi, CEO of Lumora comments: "The grant of Lumora's core BART patent in India as well as in the US and the EU affirms the strength of our IP position and global vision to apply the reporter technology towards simple molecular diagnostics in wider territories."
